Dell CC852 / D962C SATAu / SATA Hard Drive Caddy/Tray

Dell (Original) CC852 / D962C caddy / trayfor mounting SATAu / SATA u 3.5" drives in Dell PowerEdge servers with SAS backplanes. An interposer is also required to adapt the drive to the backplane. Compatible with Dell PowerEdge 840, 1900, 1950, 1950 III, 2900, 2900 III, 2950, 2950 III, 2970, 6900, 6950, R300, R900, R905, T300, T605 Servers and PowerVault MD1000, MD3000, NF100, NF500, NF600 Storage Arrays.

NOTE: This is the correct tray if you plan to use a SATA interposer for dual path / controller redundancy. A PN939 interposer board is also required

This tray will accept any 3.5" x 1.0" SATA /SATAu hard drive that has standard SATA 1.5Gbps or 3.0Gbps interface.
